I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN TO ALL THE #BLOODDONORS. YOU GUYS ARE PRICELESS LIFE SAVERS!
Just been thinking; you are in a middle of a situation, your close
relative or buddy is bedridden and in need of blood. Unfortunately there
is no blood in the health facility where you are and it needs to be
looked for and or collected from other health facilities. Forget about
the time waste, how about the possibility that it might not be found.
Then you lose it and begin abusing the
hospital management for being unserious- how do they fail to have blood,
how they don’t care about people’s lives..etc. Yes. You have a point;
but it’s at this point that I said hey! If it were me where would I even
get the right or energy to rant or complain? I’ve never donated blood
my entire life and the same applies to many of you out there…
So
where do we think this blood comes from? Or if we do not donate then who
will? Why would we want the hospital to have in stock what we never
provide? It is a shame! We need to rethink about this call. Most often
we blame the government for the inadequate provision of medical supplies
and the frequent stock outs in hospitals…..but surely on this
one..Hapana!, all the four fingers point back at us!
I must change
my attitude and become a blood donor. I never know when i will need
such a favor too! You too can my dear. Let us do something for humanity!
